Hitachi 53FDX01BA - Has Sound But No Picture

Symptoms: 
Sound is working but there is no picture.

Mitsubishi VZ8 Horiontal Lines Vertical Hold VS45607 VS50607 VS50707 VS55707 VS60607 VS60707 VS70707

Symptoms: 
Intermittent horizontal lines in picture. Looks like vertical hold problem. Picture may be darker than usual. Improves after the set warms up.
