So we do charge a fee to check the sets. However, we deduct the fee from the total if you go ahead with the repair. For example, if you bring in a set and pay a $35 bench fee. If the total for repair is $135, the balance left to pay is only $100.

- Bench Fees for in-shop service:
- Plasma - $35
- LCD Flat Panel 32" and up - $35
- LCD Flat Panel under 32" - $25
- LCD and DLP rear projection - $35
- Direct View (picture tube) - $10

Service Call Fees (in-home service):
- Plasma - $125
- LCD Flat Panel 32" and up - $125
- LCD Flat Panel under 32" - $85
- LCD and DLP rear projection - $85
- Direct View (picture tube) - $65
Sets that are mounted on the wall need to be taken down before we arrive for an in-home service call. If you need someone to take the set down for you, special arrangements need to be made in advance.
